Organization Management (IAM)

Note

To administer users or adjust permissions, you must be at least a Manager or higher.

In the Organization Management section, you centrally manage all users of your client. You can create new users, edit existing ones, and control their permissions for the Cloud Services Portal. This section is the central point of contact for all aspects of user and access management.

Create User

To create a new user, you must first navigate to the main item Organization Management and then click on Users.

The following window will open: image * Here, you can then click the Create User button. * The form to create a new user will open.

  • Please fill in all fields correctly.
  • Select one of the profiles for the user. ->
    • ADMIN
    • USER

Note

Please note that your users must verify their email address.

Create User Form Input Fields

Input Field Description
Username Please enter the username the user will use to log in later.
Email User's email address
First Name Enter the user's first name
Last Name Please enter the user's last name
Description Please enter a comment
Profiles Select a permission profile

Edit User

When we refer to editing, it means editing the Permission Profiles or Permission Sets.

To update a user's Permission Profiles or Permission Sets, similar to creating a user, navigate to Organization Management in the navigation bar and then click on Users.

  • To change a user's Permission Profiles or Permission Sets, you can click the red-highlighted areas.
  • A selection will open, here Permission Profiles:

Similarly, Permission Sets will also open, but with more selection options.

  • Once you have made your selection, you must confirm or revoke your choice:

Note

Depending on your profile, you will only see your associated profiles and sets.

Delete User

To delete a user, similar to creating a user, navigate to Organization Management in the navigation bar and then click on Users.

The following window will open: image

To delete a user, you must:

  • (1) select a user
  • (2) click the Delete Button.

The confirmation window will open:

Here you can now delete your user or return.

Password Reset

To reset a user's password, similar to creating a user, navigate to Organization Management in the navigation bar and then click on Users.

The familiar User window will open: image

To reset the password of the respective user, click on the red button.

The form will open:

In this form, you must enter the user's name to confirm the reset.

OTP Reset

To reset a user's OTP, similar to creating a user, navigate to Organization Management in the navigation bar and then click on Users.

The familiar User window will open: image

To reset the OTP of the respective user, click on the dropdown field and then on Reset OTP.

The form will open:

In this form, you must enter the user's name to confirm the reset.
